When will I receive my turntable?

We build every turntable to order. For orders placed today, please allow 4-6 business days for us to build and ship your turntable. This does not include transit time. You can use the UPS map on the bottom of this page to estimate transit your time.

Do you offer gift cards?

Yes! Gift cards are available here. Gift cards are delivered by email and contain instructions on how to redeem them at checkout.

What is your return and exchange policy?

We accept returns and exchanges for any reason up to 30 days after your delivery date. If you purchase something from us as a gift on or after November 15, 2021, then the return window on these items is automatically extended until January 15, 2021. You can view our full warranty & return policy here.

How will I know when my order has been shipped?

We will send you a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your items ship.
