When will I receive my turntable?
We build every Orbit to order, so please allow 8-10 business days for us to build and ship your turntable. This does not include transit time. Please see the UPS time-in-transit map at the bottom of this page to view your expected transit time.
Do you offer gift cards?
Absolutely! Gift cards are available here. Gift cards are delivered by email and contain instructions on how to redeem them at checkout.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We accept returns and exchanges for any reason up to 30 days after delivery. For products purchased in December and given as a gift before the end of the month, we will accept returns and exchanges up until January 31. You can view our full warranty & return policy here.
How will I know when my order has been shipped?
We will send you a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your items ship.
