When is my order shipping?

What is your return and exchange policy?
We accept returns and exchanges for any reason up to 30 days after your delivery date. You can view our full return and warranty policy here.
How will I know when my order has been shipped?
We will send you a shipping confirmation email with tracking info as soon as your items ship.
Can I change or cancel my turntable order after I place it?
Yes! We can modify your order as long as it hasn't already entered production or shipped. Please email us at support@uturnaudio.com if you wish to make a change to your order.
