+ What additional equipment do I need to play my Orbit?
The Orbit produces a PHONO output signal. You will need a phono preamp to convert this to a LINE LEVEL (i.e. AUX) signal. Some amplifiers and receivers have a built-in pre-amp. If yours has an input marked PHONO, then you are all set. Check out our stereo setup page and recommended equipment for more information on different stereo configurations and components. Email us if you have any questions. We would be happy to help out with your setup!
+ What is your warranty and return policy?
U-Turn Audio products come with either a one year (Orbit Turntable) or three year (Pluto Phono Preamp) warranty. We can accept returns up to 30 days after delivery. Please note that we cannot accept returns on third-party products that have been opened or used. You can view our full warranty policy here. + Do you ship internationally?
The Orbit turntable is currently available in the US and Canada only. We hope to change this soon. Please join our mailing list if you would like to receive updates on international availability. If you are considering using a parcel forwarding service, please note that the Orbit's AC motor requires a 60Hz power supply to work properly. If you live somewhere with 50Hz, you will need a frequency converter such as this. The Orbit's one year warranty is valid in the US and Canada only.
+ How do I become a U-Turn Audio dealer?

+ Where can I get replacement parts for my Orbit?
Replacement drive belts, cartridges, felt mats, RCA cables, AC adapters, and dust covers are all available in our store. We also carry acrylic platters if you already have an MDF platter and would like to upgrade.
+ How do I change or cancel my order?
Orders can be upgraded, changed, or cancelled anytime prior to shipping. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with any order revisions.

+ Will I be able to upgrade my Orbit in the future?
Absolutely! You can upgrade your cartridge and/or platter at any time. If you choose to change your cartridge, we strongly suggest picking up a stylus guage to ensure that your tracking force is correct. Let us know if you need help with this!
+ What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, as well as Paypal and BitPay. Sorry, we can't accept checks or money orders.

+ Is the Orbit made in the USA?
All of our turntables are assembled and tested in our Woburn, MA workshop. The large majority of our parts are sourced within the United States. Some of our components (cables, printed circuit boards, motors) come from overseas. We make a conscious effort to work with domestic suppliers whenever possible.
