U-Turn Audio Warranty


1. Warranty period

New U-Turn Audio products purchased through U-Turn or an authorized dealer carry a three year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service for the period commencing upon the date of delivery.


2. What is not covered?

This limited warranty is conditioned upon proper use of the product by the purchaser. This limited warranty does not cover:

• Damage caused by improper installation or improper connection to any peripheral

• Damage to the stylus

• Normal cosmetic and mechanical wear

• Damage caused by an external electrical fault

• Damage from use of parts not manufactured or sold by U-Turn Audio

• Modifications to product

• Equipment that has the serial number removed or made illegible

• Damage or loss during transit to U-Turn Audio for repairs 


3. How to get warranty service

To initiate the warranty process, contact us at support@uturnaudio.com with your serial number and a description of the problem. Products must be returned in their original packaging. U-Turn Audio is not responsible for damage or loss during the products return, so we advise insuring the package. The customer is responsible for shipping products back to U-Turn Audio on all warranty repairs. Upon completion of the repair, U-Turn Audio will pay for shipping back to the customer.

If the product defects are found to be covered under warranty then U-Turn Audio will repair or replace as needed, and return the product to the customer.

If product damage is determined to not be covered under warranty U-Turn Audio will advise the customer of an estimated repair or replacement cost.

This warranty is only valid in the USA and Canada.

30 Day Return Policy


You can return products manufactured by U-Turn Audio and purchased through www.uturnaudio.com within 30 days of delivery for a refund of your purchase for any reason. Refund returns and exchanges (non-defective) for all turntable models are limited to no more than two returns or exchanges (combined) per customer.

Third-party products and vinyl records can be returned for a refund within 30 days of delivery, provided that they are unused and in their original packaging. Individual cartridges must be factory sealed to be eligible for return.

To initiate a return, please email us at support@uturnaudio.com within 30 days of delivery and include the following information:

Your name, address and phone number
Your order number
Your reason for returning

Customers are responsible for paying return shipping on refund returns. U-Turn Audio can provide a prepaid shipping label and deduct the cost of this shipping from the refund. Or customers can purchase a shipping label directly from carrier of their choice.

Please hold onto your original packaging. All returned items must be shipped back in original packaging to prevent damage in transit. If replacement packaging is needed, U-Turn will provide this and deduct the replacement packaging and shipping cost from the final refund.

We aim to accept every return request with zero hassle. However, for items missing any parts or accessories, with blemishes from use, or damaged in transit due to improper packaging, there will be a minimum 10% refurbishing charge that will be deducted from the refund. Items that have been modified will not be refunded.

Returned items are the customer's responsibility until they reach the return address. A refund will be issued once we receive the returned items (normally within 5 business days of receipt). Any shipping fees or duties that the customer paid at time of purchase are non-refundable. There will be a minimum 10% refurbishing charge if returned items are damaged in transit due to improper packaging.
