When will my order ship?
We build turntables and speakers to order on a first come basis, and we are currently experiencing high order volume. Turntable orders placed today are expected to ship the week of February 14, and speaker orders are expected to ship the week of March 7. All other in stock items ship within 3 business days unless otherwise noted on the product page.
Is my order eligible for free shipping?
All orders of $99+ (before taxes) are eligible for free shipping within the continental US. If your order qualifies, you will automatically be presented with a free shipping option at checkout. This does not include orders shipped to Hawaii, Alaska, US territories, or AFO/FPO addresses.
What is your warranty, return and exchange policy?
We accept returns and exchanges for any reason up to 30 days after your delivery date. All U-Turn Audio products are covered under our 3-year warranty. You can view our full return and warranty policy here.
Can I change or cancel my turntable order after I place it?
Yes, we can modify your order as long as it hasn't already entered production or shipped. Please email us at email@example.com if you wish to make a change to your order.
How will I know when my order has been shipped?
We'll send you a shipping confirmation email with tracking info as soon as your items ship.
Do you sell gift cards?
Yes! Gift cards are available here. Gift cards are delivered by email and contain instructions on how to redeem them at checkout.
