When will my order ship?
Our current shipping time for most items is 2-4 business days unless otherwise noted on the product page
Is my order eligible for free shipping?
All orders of $99+ (before taxes) are eligible for free shipping within the continental US. If your order qualifies, you will automatically be presented with a free shipping option at checkout. This does not include orders shipped to Hawaii, Alaska, US territories, or AFO/FPO addresses.
What is your warranty, return and exchange policy?
We accept returns and exchanges for any reason up to 30 days after your delivery date. All U-Turn Audio products are covered under our 3-year warranty. You can view our full return and warranty policy here.
How long will shipping take?
Most turntable and speaker orders ship via UPS Ground. Current UPS time in transit are provided in the map below:
Can I change or cancel my turntable order after I place it?
Yes, we can modify your order as long as it hasn't already entered production or shipped. Please email us at support@uturnaudio.com if you wish to make a change to your order.
How will I know when my order has been shipped?
We'll send you a shipping confirmation email with tracking info as soon as your items ship.
Do you sell gift cards?
Yes! Gift cards are available here. Gift cards are delivered by email and contain instructions on how to redeem them at checkout.
